Urban Farm Design, a division of Lotus Gardenscapes, is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to fill a full‐time, Foreman's Assistant position-- focused on hardscape installation. We're looking for someone with experience leading a crew when the Foreman needs help and someone that enjoys coordinating projects & being actively involved.

The position:

Practical Skills

• 2-3 years minimum practical experience at a landscape company
• a plus, 1-2 experience as a crew leader with site management experience
• must have hardscape installation experience w/ pavers, walls and natural stone
• must have layout skills and blueprint reading
• must be knowledgeable and precise with power tools

(w/ an emphasis on Bobcat, paver saws, sod‐cutters, rototillers, trenching equipment)

• a plus, perennial & shrub knowledge: identification, planting, fertilizing & care
