We are seeking a motivated, self-directed reading content reviewer and editor to be part of our language arts editorial team.
This is a full-time 10 month temporary position. The successful applicant can select to work in either our Vancouver, WA or Hood River, OR location.

This position requires extensive knowledge of K-12 reading skills and excellent editing skills, including the ability to review and edit assessment content according to specified skill, grade level, and level of knowledge criteria. Excellent command of grammar, mechanics, usage, and spelling is required. Successful candidates will have the ability to effectively use content development and word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications and the ability to learn new software applications as needed. The ability to meet specified timelines and production goals is also required.
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, from a four-year college or university; three or more years related experience and/or training in any or all of the following: teaching English language arts, English language arts curriculum development, assessment development, content development for education publishing or software; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
