Responsible for contributing to the overall success of EIS by leading, directing and motivating site sales associates and photographers. Responsible for assisting with staff schedules, meeting labor goals, directing and training associates, meeting sales goals and enforcing company policies and procedures.

  • This position is salaried, but also includes sales and production driven bonuses.
  • Our sites will be open 7 days a week.
  • Candidates for this position must have open availability
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Assists the Site manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training staff.
  • Attend local job fairs and assist with identifying new sourcing activities.
  • Ensures new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Assists with coordinating new hire orientation and training.
  • Supervises, monitors, and provides feedback on staff performance; recommends promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
  • Supervises the operation within established guidelines for service and quality, staffing, cleanliness and safety regulations.
  • Helps management ensure site budget requirements and financial reporting are met.
  • Assist with scheduling and timekeeping of staff.
  • Serves as the EIS representative with on-site partner management; builds and maintains an effective relationship with partner’s staff.
  • May orient, train, assign and audit the work of other employees to achieve desired guest service and financial results.
  • Help control labor costs at the site level.
  • Interprets, communicates, and enforces applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures adherence to all state and federal laws.

SKILL AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Proven ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and partnering skills required.
  • Knowledge of current interviewing techniques, state and federal employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Good computer and math skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, communicate and fix technical problems.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
  • Effective decision making skills required.
  • Ability to work prescribed hours by management, which may include weekends, holidays, and covering shifts when scheduled employees are unable to work.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; two-year degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Previous management / supervisory experience in a retail /service environment preferred.
  • Interviewing and selection experience required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
