The purpose of this position is to implement laundry procedures in compliance with federal, state and local requirements and to efficiently and cost-effectively meet the needs of residents.
Implement laundry procedures and perform tasks required to meet resident needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
notify supervisor of supply and equipment needs.
notify supervisor when equipment needs repair.
Notify supervisor when resident clothing is damaged, in need of repair or needs replacement.
General Knowledge of clothe laundering. Able to read English. (MSDS) sheets. Able to tell the difference between fabrics and materials.
