The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) performs intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, and provides psychotherapy. Psychotherapy may include individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy per department needs.
Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work is required
·
6 years post MSW experience, under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other recognized professional is required
·
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with the “R” credential by the New York State Department of Education is required
·
Ability to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic formulations.
·
Ability to formulate and execute short and long term treatment plans.
·
Ability to provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, marital, family, and/or group therapy, based upon a comprehensive assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment plan
·
