Panera, LLC is currently seeking a

Manager, eCommerce Data Center Analyst

Position Summary:
The ecommerce Data Center Manager will be primarily responsible for providing 24x7x365 operational support in 8 or 12 hour shifts for the Panera Bread eCommerce environment. The candidate for these positions must be able to be flexible to assist coverage with other shifts as needed. These flexible shifts include occasionally working evenings, weekends or holidays.

Reports to:
Sr. Manager, Data Center Operations

Position Responsibilities:
Monitor order fulfillment transaction queues, diagnose and resolved problem orders

Provide eCommerce order triage support to centralized order fulfillment or café associates

Collect, analyze and produce reports relating to website traffic, click navigations, page performance, website behavior and customer experience

Review reports and issues to provide recommendations for system/site improvements/opportunities can be developed

Create, maintain and improve monitoring tools to ensure all eCommerce customer orders are accounted for and alert for any problem orders

Assist with troubleshooting test eCommerce sites prior to production implementation

Monitor processes and standards - review and recommend best practices

Record the completion of critical processes to define and measure against SLAs

Reboot servers, restart system services, identify database issues, troubleshoot and restart web services

Perform administrative level tasks for troubleshooting and maintenance

Disaster Recovery backup and recovery testing

Create and maintain procedural documentation

Troubleshoot local and remote network issues


Qualifications & Experience Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, high availability/volume website systems technical support

Experience working in a fast-paced online environment

Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work

Tech savvy and have the ability to learn and adjust to new concepts

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative solutions to complex issues

Highly analytical and detail oriented with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes required

Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross functional team

Must be able to multitask effectively and switch priorities as needed

Experience with Akami, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB is a plus

Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligence Tools

Linux Shell and Perl Scripting

Nagios server and service monitoring

Intranet and Internet website monitoring and troubleshooting

Oracle Enterprise Manager experience

Experience writing and tuning SQL queries in an on-line or off-line environment

TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting utilizing Solarwinds

VMWare and blade server environment experience is a plus
