Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some College preferred.

Experience working in a Physician Billing/Customer Service Enviroment.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and customer service oriented.

Ability to work indenpendently, in a high volume call center, meet specific time sensitive goals and objectives; proven ability to prioritize.

Mandatory Requirements:
All CHOP employees who work in a patient building or who provide patient care are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

Job Description:
Act as the lead and provide technical support to the customer service account representatives. Handle complex billing issues, providing assistance, technical support and final resolution. Act as a liason to the physician practices as well as the collections agencies. Able to perform all duties as related to the Customer Service Representative. Act as the lead and represent the supervisors in their absence.
