Create and Build Customer relationships / responsible for satisfaction. (Customer is defined as either an MSP or the supervisor to whom the employee reports).
Develop new business within an assigned customer by expanding existing services and creating new opportunities when applicable.
Uncover Refill / backfill opportunities.
Improve annual Operating margin %.
Review customer Purchase Orders for expirations and extensions when applicable.
Understand co-employment issues and escalate to Account Director.
Work with Account Director to ensure that customer metrics are being satisfied.
Create and sustain Employee relationships / responsible for satisfaction.
Maintenance of records/information in electronic system.
Interface with customer regarding contract employees.
Support customer by troubleshooting employee-related problems and working with management to develop and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with Employee Care Representatives company / customer policies, procedures and communications.
Coordinate and/or perform employee performance evaluations when applicable.
Perform employee separations as required.
Perform and record employee disciplinary actions via disciplinary process.
Perform periodic site visits.
Manage the employee relations and paperwork required for transitions occurring at assigned customers. May be called upon to provide team support for transitions outside of current customers as required.

Resolve issues and build consensus.
2-4 years experience in sales, customer service, or similar work environment. Some experience in human resources is a plus and industry experience is required.
Level of Education:
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent is required.
