Hitachi Consulting/Hitachi Ltd., a vertically integrated, growing global organization.

Hitachi Consulting has made significant investments into its Management
Consulting practice; with the addition of Celerant, we will be able to offer
solutions combining unsurpassed sector capability, management consulting, and
technology expertise.

We are seeking a dynamic, Executive
in Analysis to lead

the Analysis projects and efforts to convert it into an Implementation Project.
The LA reports to the Functional Head of Analysis

We are seeking a top leader in the market.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Operations Management/Analysis experience
as well as the ability to create new solutions and grow revenue.

This role will

provide account
leadership by overseeing and validating project activities and ensuring that
projects are designed to achieve all contractual deliverables while remaining
commercially attractive to the client and viable for Hitachi
Consulting/Celerant.

This role actively
participate in business development and helps maintain long-term relationships
with former clients. The LA could lead one or more accounts simultaneously,
with managed revenue in the $5million to $10million range. In addition the LA
will have account development goals that will need to be achieved through team
selling collaborating with partners in the rest of the sector team.

Responsibilities

o

Support BDEs in M2 and M3 sales meetings

o

Develop analysis proposals

o

Produce Sales to Analysis VRB material and
attend VRB

o

Lead pre-analysis planning to understand
client issues, formulate hypotheses for improvement and develop the analysis
study plan

o

Produce Analysis Onboarding Deck and onboard
Celerant analysis team

o

Manage all analysis activities on daily
basis

o

Lead Analysis Daily Review Meetings

o

Fireside chats with client decision makers
and decision influencers

o

Lead major progress review meetings with
client executives

o

Development of Benefits Case

o

Development of Commercial Proposition
(costs, cashflow, ROI)

o

Client negotiations

o

Work with Celerant Operations Management in
development of Project Definition

o

Distribute Analysis Status Report weekly

o

Attend bi-weekly Analysis Conference call

Note:
Position requires 100% overnight travel, mostly to client sites in the
United States and Canada.

Education/Skills/Experience

·

Bachelor degree. A higher degree a plus, but
not required.

·

>12 years business experience, of which >6
years should be in Operations Consulting

·

Experience should be in Celerant core
business sectors

·

Ability to quickly understand a client’s
issues and identify Celerant’s value add

·

Good analytical skills; the ability to draw
conclusions from sets of data; the ability to identify and quantify performance
gaps in the client’s operations

·

Understanding of, and ability to analyze, Income Statements,
Cashflow Statements and Balance sheets

·

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Database and Minitab skills
a plus

·

Strong leadership and project management skills

·

Must be able to self-direct

·

Work collaboratively with and provide
on-going communication to other team members and client

·

Comfortable interacting with client
executives

·

Strong negotiation skills

·

Strong presentation skills
