Responsible for developing, creating and modifying internal IT project implementations and maintenance programs for global Oracle EBS supply chain applications. Responsible for analysis, design, configuration, development and testing of Oracle ERP/EBS to meet business requirements. Responsible for collaborative analysis and review of business system requirements, for Oracle EBS/ERP. Conduct/Coordinate design reviews with functional user groups and project teams. Responsible for producing project delivery documents during the analyze & design phase of the project as determined by the project team adhering to the Information technology SDLC and quality processes, as well as Oracle’s Application Implementation methodology (AIM). Participate in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions with core functional/technical team. Conduct demos/training for the super users and end users, showing oracle functionality related to EBS/ERP and related integration; and prepare procedures to automate or improve existing systems. Create system test plans, use-case scenarios, Test scripts and conduct reviews with the functional users or groups. Conduct system/integration testing and coordinate/support for user acceptance testing and validation testing. Conduct defect analysis and correction. Under the direction of Senior Manager, IT, coordinate with cross-functional teams. Develop and implement the customization of an application, and reports, and prepare data conversion strategies, data mappings and solutions, production cutover tasks and transition to support team. Recommend and implement appropriate ERP solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance. Work with IT functional and technical analysts to provide consensus based ERP solutions that are scalable, adaptable and synchronized with evolving business needs. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Participate in the design for new RICE elements (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions) related to Oracle ERP.
