Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. 4 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing advanced analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedure, work flow, and information technology solutions for institutional activities.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm; overtime may be required

Salary Range

From $73,920To $110,880 Annually.

Specific Job Related Duties

Provide system administration and support for all aspects of the Epic Resolute Professional Billing system. Position will be part of UTMB Connect team installing the Resolute Professional Billing system. Duties to include: assist in the workflow documentation and analysis, requirements gathering and validation, configuration and build, implementation and support of Resolute Professional Billing module.

Specific Job Related Duties:
Build and configuration in Hyperspace and the back-end environment
Actively participate in validation and requirements sessions
Identify opportunities to promote the use of Epic¿s model system vs. custom coding in team settings
Perform analysis to determine potential changes required to accommodate integration of Resolute Professional Billing module with other modules being installed and those already in production: EpicCare (ambulatory and inpatient), Care Everywhere, OpTime, ASAP, Willow, and MyChart
Analyze and perform remediation steps required to support ICD-10
Assist in the preparation of training curriculum
High level customer service skills required
Strong collaboration skills with operational and technical resources
Performs related duties as required

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree and two years related experience with healthcare software support.

Preferred Skill/Competency

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Work Experience

Experience installing and supporting software.
Experience implementing and/or supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing
Experience building or supporting any Epic applications
Experience working with any professional billing systems or operations
