We are looking for a high energy “techy” who will lead the development efforts around our proprietary .NET/BizTalk fulfillment systems. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Systems and work with other developers to help define solutions and architecture, assist the team with problems and technical roadblocks and help drive the execution of our increasingly Agile SDLC. The .NET/BizTalk Team Lead is also expected to provide mentorship to other development team members. .NET/BizTalk Team Lead is responsible for the following:
Oversee or consult on integration architecture implementation and modification activities, particularly for new and/or shared infrastructure solutions.
Provide leadership, mentoring and best practice standards and oversight for team and its development activities.
Help define development and deployment standards, standard integration patterns, standard workflows message formats and services for integration, standard non-functional test cases, performance testing, production monitoring, and error detection, notification, and recovery procedures for Enterprise Integration.
Keep the team in good spirits; you must be able to understand how to work with people productively while still ensuring everyone has a good time.
Work to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution by:
Defining the flow of data between integrated applications
Mapping business process activities to the supporting applications
Design and lead the implementation of Enterprise Integration components.
Utilize an understanding of Agile management to help the team with all release and configuration related tasks around software builds into preproduction and production environments.
Provide management reports on release progress.
Provide hands on support of product release and deployment.
Responsible for owning the delivery of successful releases, and managing the tasks associated in the planning, execution and cutover of all release level activities.
Build and create system to maintain release level documentation in a well-organized / easy to access set of procedures and technologies.
Establish release level quality metrics for the ongoing measurement and improvements of release processes.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies, especially Agile.
Technical leadership and software development, coordination, and execution skills.
Able to analyze and review current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
Able to perform development responsibilities in a timely manner, according to specifications and with quality.
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with More than 8 years of experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on development experience in BizTalk Environment, Creating various BizTalk Artifacts like Schema and Mapping document, and orchestrating Business Process using various BizTalk tools with expertise in designing and developing pipeline component in various versions of BizTalk.
Strong experience in BizTalk 2010/ 2009 and higher, ESB toolkit, EAI, Enterprise Service Bus and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

Solid experience in .NET 3.5x or higher (C#)
Strong knowledge and experience in .NET - OData (WCF Data Services) and .NET - Web API
Experience in Rest / SOAP
Knowledge of interfacing with SQL Server /Oracle
Knowledge of MQ
Ability to enjoy what you do and a true love of coding to solve challenging problems
Experience with SDLC management toolsets like JIRA, Redmine, or TFS
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
