What Customer Pricing Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer/Supplier Pricing Services is responsible for customer and/or supplier contract administration, as well as administering and reviewing specialty pricing initiatives as deemed appropriate. Responsible for researching and problem-solving customer or supplier issues or disputes and acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Develops and manages customer relationships within pricing and contract implementation process.

Demonstrates deep customer expertise; collaborates with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to business success.
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while providing flawless transactions, services and products; manages monetary assets and other resources to optimize cost effectiveness.
Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs or deliverables; compares measurement results to standards and takes Accountabilities in this role

Proficient working within Microsoft Excel

High level of time management skills

Professional in communications and job focus.

Self Managed, able to handle multiple timelines/projects

Strong customer service skills and focus

Tenacious in resolving issues

Collaboration on process improvement initiatives including LSS Black Belt and Kaizen projects

Effectively and professionally communicating with stakeholders on Supplier price inquiry resolution


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience
Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
