Park Bank has an opening for a Lead CSR. The Lead reports to our CSR Supervisor and is responsible for:
  • Representing the institution in a positive and professional manner
  • Leading by example
  • Maintaining and further developing great customer relationships
  • Fostering a premier customer service experience
  • Effectively addressing customer concerns
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Using knowledge of bank products, services, regulations, and policies to train and develop new and current employees.
  • Cross-selling and referring products and services to customers
  • Accurately balancing and securely handling cash drawer, vault cash, shipments, and customer transactions
  • Scheduling of staff to ensure appropriate coverage for business needs
This position will be located Downtown in our branch at 302 E. Wells.

  • Experience as a Bank Teller required
  • 1+ years as a Lead CSR, Head Teller, or similar role with Teller/CSR oversight
  • Ability to perform advanced Teller duties, including Commercial transactions
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Excellent communication skills
