Hardin Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative for our Payette, ID location. In this position, you will supervise one customer service representative, while assisting with handling inbound calls from our customers. As the Lead, you will also cover the front desk, hande walk-in customers and will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, running billing reports and assuming other administrative duties.
Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm. Competitive hourly pay, plus family benefits, 401k, and vacation.

1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience or experience handling heavy call volumes a plus.
Previous leadership experience preferred
billing, or light accounting experience strongly preferred
Strong computer skills.
Ability to type at least 40 wpm and 10 key by touch.
