Spartan Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Flexograph Operator in Kansas City, KS. Our customer is a leader in custom register receipt rolls. Our client has been in business for 60 years and is an employee owned. This is a Temp to Hire position on 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday –Friday . The pay range is based upon experience at $16-$18 hour.
Job Duties:
- Read and follow directions as indicated on the Work Order
- Set up/change fixtures and print products
- Assist with machine set-up and minor machine maintenance
- Perform quality control on parts being printed
- Pack product as required
- Maintain accurate count
- Accurately track and complete production records and time sheet
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates MUST have the following:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 3-5 years Flexograph printing experience
- Lead or supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to Lead a team effectively to produce quality product
- Quality conscious
- Safety conscious
- Must pass basic light Industrial Skills Testing
- Submit to a Criminal Background Check
- Submit to a Drug Screen
