We are currently searching for a Lead Instructional Designer. The position supervises all instructional staff and instructional activity, design, and development of courseware; conduct analysis, design, and develop the best mechanisims to deliver courses. Courses are delivered via Instructor led - classroom setting; Experiential Learning, CBT; CBI, Webinars, etc. Must be able to develop courseware using ADDIE as your design process. Use performance-based tools and job aids; research and apply best practices based on client-specific requirements; and implements and makes recommendations on learning and technology strategies.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience with Adult Learning practices and technology strategies in an organizational training environment. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience of training development using ISD methodology; developing classroom and technology-based courseware and materials; must be knowledgeable of adult education industry standards and best practices; experience with activities outlined in the scope of work as well as supervisory experience.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or other area of study comparably relevant to the management of this effort, from a regionally accredited college or university; or a minimum of 8 years of experience in assigned technical discipline with a BA or BS degree may be substituted for the above-cited minimum education requirements.
