Job Description: The Lead Manager of Omnichannel programs will be responsible for Program managing AT&T’s eCommerce cross channel sales opportunities and Omnichannel Programs. The position will report directly to the Associate Director of Omnichannel programs and will hold tactical responsibilities for delivering funded Omnichannel projects as completed operational functionality in support of the Consumer Digital Organization. This assignment will support att.com in leading best practices for delivery of channel interoperability functions, tactics, planning and execution. Candidate will develop working relationships with key internal distribution client partners, positioning self as a responsive and knowledgeable source of project execution, technical knowledge and Omnichannel expertise as it applies to cross channel sales and marketing. Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide update on programs, initiatives, and results. In addition, he/she will be responsible for prospecting for new partnerships for the Consumer Digital Organization and inserting his/her self into the appropriate Omnichannel initiatives. This candidate must work closely with the Project Management Organization, IT, IT CDO, Supply Chain, Sales and Support Centers, Retail Organization, Legal, Corporate Security and various other stakeholder organizations. Projects may include, but will not be limited to, working with cross channel partners in securing approval and expanding the use of the online store, mobile online store and myAT&T application within the channels. Define and manage key online enhancements that will afford efficient online cross channel access to the eCommerce platform, offers, tools and content. In addition this assignment will be responsible for leading promotional/offer tactics in support of cross channel activities. This is an exciting new category for eCommerce and will be a component for growth.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Experience leading diverse team of cutting edge thinkers of business management, project management and analysts.
  • Proven experience in leading upstream and downstream project teams with successful results.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Experience in leading technical teams business requirements for design in project deliverables.
  • Experience in leading cross channel sales best practices (stores, online, regions and call centers) a requirement.
  • Partner cross functionally with extended team to achieve results.

Extended team includes:
  • Sales operations, merchandising, promotions, retail stores, call centers, marketing, legal and supply chain.
  • Work with IT in the creation of business requirements documents that drive the development of new/required functionality for the att.com
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects within our partners’ portfolios.
  • Manage and/or facilitate project meetings, governance meetings and executive readouts as required.
  • Capturing and communicating assumptions, risks, dependencies, and use case scenarios.
  • Execute business sales results & metrics, operational impact assessments for projects and take proactive measures to meet/exceed business objectives
  • New business development strategy and prospecting for att.com.
  • Project manage Proof of Concept and Pilot efforts for responsible decision making
  • Must have a thorough understanding industry cross channel best practices
  • Partnership management, business case development, project management and sales execution experience required
  • Bachelor, Business Systems degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven ability to gain cooperation of others, to motivate and to provide guidance and direction to project team.
  • Ability to adapt and work flexibly within an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong team-building, verbal, organization, and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical thinker needed with significant experience performing complex analysis, planning, time and resource management
  • Well-developed understanding of internet environments and web development technologies strongly preferred.
  • Ability to prepare concise presentations suitable for consumption by senior leadership outlining results, status, actions, assumptions issues and risks

  • Bachelor, Business Systems degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Expert on Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Previous industry experience in eCommerce and Telecom highly desired.
