As a Lead Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead the development of marketing communications programs to increase the profitability of company products and services through the utilization of various advertising media. In this position, you will lead the development, execution and monitoring of integrated communications programs on behalf of the specific business line in support of the strategic business objective. This position is considered the foremost expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization. Responsibilities include marketing, advertising, communications, and design services.
Interface with business unit leaders to develop and implement advertising/communications programs
May be responsible for copy writing and layout of advertisements
May be responsible for all aspects of marketing communications for a business line
Maintain working knowledge of other major functional areas and skill to integrate and communicate that information
Maintain advanced knowledge of marketing communications professional field
Oversee the development, execution and monitoring of integrated communications programs on behalf of the specific business line in support of the strategic business objective
Evaluate impact on strategic marketing communication planning objectives and strategies
Apply advanced principles, theories and concepts
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Five years related experience in marketing, advertising, communications, etc.
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent customer/client service skills
Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test

Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Ability to travel as required (light travel)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related discipline
Seven or more years related experience in marketing, communications, or advertising, etc.
Knowledge of wireless terminology, products, and services
Knowledge of telecommunications industry and terminology
Advertising agency experience
Strong strategic development background, including development of plans and presentations
Solid understanding of media planning
Ability to work with multiple levels of management throughout organization
