Assembles and coordinates the activities of project teams to complete small projects or components of larger projects. Knowledge of specific programming languages and architectures to leads programmers on design and review work.
Responsibilities:
Assembles and coordinates the activities of project teams to complete small projects or components of larger projects.
Selects and directs the activities of outside consultants as contributors to project team efforts. Communicates with users to obtain information and program/system performance. Communicates with users on interpretation of needs to ability to program a system within
current technical boundaries.
Provides top level expertise on specific business applications.
Excellent technical knowledge of specific programming languages and architectures to lead programmers on design and review their work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent plus a minimum of seven years experience in programming and analysis.
Experienced in multi-tiered systems.
Experience with object oriented programming and with major enterprise systems and programming for global systems.
Must be experienced in one or more of the following (PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Java/EJB).
