AMEX TRS seeks Lead Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage large scale strategic programs for Digital partnerships and Development portfolio. Lead cross-functional program teams to drive strategy and project delivery. Provide oversight and consultancy to the Project Managers. Provide Portfolio Management with emphasis on tracking to costs and milestones. Responsible for broad project level reporting and metrics. Control resourcing needs across the portfolio to meet program level requirements. Communicate with project level stakeholders updating on program strategy, status and changes.
Position requires an MBA and 3 years of manager level experience in managing financial services projects involving product launch especially credit cards and deep functional knowledge of customer acquisition, accounts receivable, account payable, loyalty and servicing processes and IT systems. Prior experience in business analysis & quality assurance is required. Experience must include utilizing emerging technology, social media, digital and Mobile trends. Candidate must have ability to form and lead cross-functional team across multiple geographic locations.
