We are currently seeking a Lead Project Manager who will be responsible for the project management of complex order implementations as well as provide assistance to Project Coordinators.
Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage up to 75-150 orders on a daily basis
Have mentoring and training responsibilities for project coordinators in their respective PODs
Have authority to make financial based decisions impacting customers and Broadview and provide approval oversight on any project coordinators in their PODs for said decisions.
Recognize and work through more complex customer networks
Work directly with Team Managers in other Departments, as well as Service Delivery, on escalations and process/procedure enhancements
Attend Corporate and Departmental trainings and have the ability to speak to those trainings in a Team environment
Strong customer service related background
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to make decisions that impact customers/company financially
Superior knowledge and experience with department software
Superior knowledge of Departmental policies and procedures
Familiarity with data and voice applications
1-2 years telecommunications project management experience preferred
