The Lead Software Engineer will participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle while developing embedded software for safety critical railroad signaling products.
In addition, you will:
Provide software Requirements Definitions, Analysis and Allocation
Design, implement, and integrate Software
Verify and Validate Software Activities
Assure and Analyze Software Safety Activities
Model and Simulate Systems and Subsystems
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing real-time embedded software in C / C++, and/or Assembly Language
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Railroad, Aviation, Medical or other safety critical field experience
Familiarity with Cenelec, DO-178B, FRA Rule 236 or other safety standards
Experience with 68K, Coldfire, ARM, x86 or PPC microprocessors
Experience with TI Digital Signal Processors
Experience with Embedded Software Development Tools such as Green Hills Multi, Keil uVision, or Code Composer
Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as RequisitePro, or DOORs
Strong configuration management skills using tools such as PVCS, StarTeam, or ClearCase
Experience performing Model Based Development and/or Code Generation using SCADE, Matlab, Simulink, Real Time Workshop, and Stateflow for embedded products
Experience with Model Based Development processes, design standards and validation methodologies required for safety critical products
Software design experience with Artisan RTStudio or Rational Rose
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
