General Job Description:
As part of the development team, this person will be responsible for providing technical expertise in design and development of embedded software including algorithms for high profile multi-spectral, multi-sensor based military systems. This person will take systems through all stages of product life cycle, from software specifications to design, coding, unit and integration testing as well as maintaining the pertinent software development documentation. This position requires a person with the ability to integrate hardware and software to develop complete systems.

Specific Job Requirements:
BS in Computer Science with 5-7 years experience with embedded system development.
Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
Experience in designing and programming real time, multithreaded C code strongly desirable.
Experience in developing on screen menu systems.
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis.

Other Requirements:
Experience writing and maintaining system-level tests for embedded hardware.
Experience with video processing systems and video I/O peripherals controls.
Programming languages (Windows Platforms): C, C++, LabVIEW, Visual Basic
Solid verbal and written communication skills
The ability to multitask helps significantly since most employees will have a primary project assignment, but also be asked to consult on and review the work done on other projects

U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance is required.
