This position is responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations and project initiatives of the Information Technology Technical Team. Serves as the conduit for all technical issues, projects, and planning. Provide extensive systems analysis knowledge to ensure continuity of computer services for the hospital by providing the planning, technical leadership, and project coordination necessary to implement and maintain technology systems and resolve technical issues. Offers strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Creates and utilizes automated technologies and instrumentation to diagnose, document, resolve, and avoid customer issues. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or five (5) years demonstrated experience in network and computer hardware/software support.
Familiarity with VMware and virtualization systems.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking.
ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) or more years work experience for a facet of technical support
Project Management Experience
Experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012 Administration, Active Directory Administration, Exchange Administration.
Experience in network security technologies such as firewall, anti-virus, intrusion prevention, and VPN.
Administration of Windows desktop operating systems (XP, 7, 8).

Previous supervisory experience
Cisco networking hardware experience.
Video conferencing configuration and support.
Healthcare IT experience.
