Hire, Hire, Hire. We're aiming to almost double the size of our team in the next 12 months.
Source leads, review resumes, screen candidates and more
You'll be a leader on our recruiting team and own full cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions
Your The People Person for our Engineering team; You'll call, e-mail, ping, chat with, attend events, and generally use any and all tactics to attract great technical talent to our team
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a flawless candidate experience
Various other tasks will be tossed your way, giving you insight into the inner workings of a VC funded startup
The opportunity to grow within a company based on commitment and dedication to our product and our team
You'll get your hands dirty and make a real contribution to moving Triggit forward
2+ years experience as a results-driven technical recruiter, preferably in a start-up environment
Ability to screen, interview and discuss technical subjects with candidates
Strong interviewing skills as well as broad knowledge of building a team
A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
Superior interpersonal abilities including ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and mature
You are detail oriented, have a positive attitude and exhibit initiative, self-motivation and drive
