Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an exceptional inside sales professional who possesses a proven track record of identifying market opportunities, developing comprehensive capture strategies and working alongside a team in closing such opportunities for maximum revenue gain and client value,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leverage strategic and inside sales skills to reach executive-level decision makers and build strong relationships with customers
• Develop sales pipeline
• Call and email decision-makers to facilitate deal closure
• Manage the sales-cycle
• Meet quarterly sales goals
• Understand an account's needs and effectively communicate how ShareFile will meet those needs
• Effective lead management and sales forecasting
• Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
• Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
• Qualifications and Requirements: Obvious passion and people skills
• Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
• Technically adept; good computer skills
• Proven ability to establish strategic initiatives for large high-value client relationships
• Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle
• Proven success proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
4-7 years proven inside sales success
