The mantra of the the User Interface (UI) team is: "Focus on the user and all else will follow." As a UI Designer, you have a strong technical background and work closely with Engineers and Product Managers to design products that are simple but great for the user, focusing on interaction and visual design. Using your keen design aesthetic you design and conduct experiments with real users so that improvements to the user experience are based on real user behavior. Your job is to make sure that our products are intuitive, accessible and usable to our millions of users.
Wildfire combines social promotion and advertising software, mobile and desktop page management, messaging and analytics in one platform. The combination of Wildfire’s technology with Google’s advertising solutions provides a way for brands to manage their marketing and spend across all digital channels. As an Interaction Designer, you have a strong technical background and work closely with Engineers and Product Managers to design products that are simple but great for the user.
Wildfire is an all-in-one platform that combines social and digital marketing for large brands; as such, you'll be designing enterprise-level software that can scale for the biggest brands in the world. Using your keen design aesthetic you design and conduct experiments with real users so that improvements to the user experience are based on real user behavior. Your job is to make sure that our products are intuitive, accessible and usable to our millions of users.

Design and lead the UI for entire complex projects or project areas.
Establish appropriate design process and deliverables for projects led, and drive them through to completion.
Define new UI processes and standards, such as serving as an active contributor to the Google style guide.
Identify interesting and innovative design opportunities within Google.
Mentor other designers and/or contribute consistent feedback and guidance to other team members.

Experience prototyping with HTML/CSS/Javascript.
Experience in an agile work environment.
Experience designing enterprise software applications.
Strong skills in user interface and page design, and a strong background in information architecture.
