This position is a training position for future development into a Plant Manager within the Supply Chain organization.
As a Trainee, you will assist in leading the overall activities of the specific locations within the Land O'Lakes organization. Recognizing the goal is to ensure quality products and services are provided to our customers.
Responsibilities include learning all plant processes including maintenance, regulatory compliance including quality and safety programs, human resources activities, and managerial and administrative functions.
Willingness to relocate after training is a requirement.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
4 year degree in engineering, manufacturing, feed science, agriculture, or related field.
Required Competencies & Other Skills:

Must be oriented toward process improvement and have demonstrated computer skills."
Preferred Experience & Education:
Exposure to manufacturing, or general production environment is preferred.
