We are currently seeking additional support on the Learning and Development team. This individual will help to influence the onboarding and professional development of staff across CEB by working closely with the logistical aspects of orientation and firm-wide training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support CEB's training curriculum through general administrative duties, such as communication with key stakeholders, scheduling, material preparation.

Assist in consistent and effective new staff orientation and onboarding.

Coordinate firm-wide performance management processes and partner with line representatives to gather necessary data.

Play event management role for training classes by coordinating with external vendors, internal customers, catering and facilities as well as preparing materials for distribution.

Participate in department and firm-wide special projects and initiatives.


Role Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple work streams and support multiple groups within the Learning & Development function

Excellent time management skills and adherence to deadlines

Adaptability to shifting needs, evolving priorities and urgent situations

Ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive situations and information

Flexibility and grace under pressure

Passion for helping people improve their capabilities, build skills and learn new approaches to enable higher levels of success

Proactive problem-solving skills

Positive and mature professional demeanor; effective interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remain an active member of a team

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
