Job Description

The primary responsibilities in this role is to form strong partnerships with business partners, consultants, learning partners, and to work with them to assess needs and skill gaps of functional/ business areas and develop performance based learning solutions.

Manages the design, development and roll-out of multimedia programs and curricula as well as other performance support solutions based on customer requirements. Interacts with consultants, SME and mid-level management to clarify or confirm work instructions.

Identifies various organizational effectiveness opportunities (e.g., change management, communications, and process improvement) and provides some options for addressing each.

Works with the work stream leader and or learning partner to roll out programs and measure their effectiveness.

Manages development of training curriculum and distribution of materials.

Assess business needs and identifies appropriate solutions, engaging with outside vendors as appropriate.

May facilitate associate learning sessions as needed.

Oversees application process for professional designation exam and managers reimbursements.

Performs general program delivery support in a proactive way to support the learning center training events, including acting as a point of contact for program answering logistical and content related questions.

Manages learning requests and processing of public and on-site training events.

Assists with training event logistics onsite for programs coordinated remotely through the Global Operations Service Center. Ability to travel (if needed) to support program logistics and site coordination.

Manages the budget specific to the assigned projects and programs and oversees vendor invoicing for these projects and programs.

Manages the updating of course catalog for eLearning Library and publishes quarterly brochures.

Responsible for the maintenance of the L&D Portal page on Sharepoint site.

Responsible for the oversight and delivery of the New Hire onboarding programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Budgeting knowledge

Adult Learning and Performance Learning experience

Project management experience and experience managing multiple priorities

Consulting experience

Strong interpersonal skill and excellent communication skills

Program evaluation experience

Experience with office support tools

Preferred Qualifications:
Finance/Investments experience a plus
