Hanger Organizational Development and Training is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Professional to join our team. This role will manage multiple aspects of the delivery of training and development programs at Hanger. Working in partnership with your learning colleagues; you will ensure tight integration across the talent lifecycle with communications channels and learning strategies.

Leadership Development deployment : Partner with learning program team and our training delivery vendors to deliver instructor-led leadership development workshops. This includes planning schedules, securing instructors and facilities, classroom logistics and instructor support, collecting and evaluating feedback, and LMS administration.
Performance Management program support : Provide communications and process support for Performance Management and Succession Planning. Develop and revise communication materials, for online (intranet) and live communications (leader speaking points, manager toolkits, training materials). Support the HR team and employees to help resolve questions and issues about the process and using Compass, Hanger’s performance management system. Become a Compass system administrator with responsibilities for workflow, business rules and configuration of Compass and our PM process more generally.
Virtual Training Program management : Manage virtual training programs including Harassment-Free Workplace and other Human Resources related training programs. This includes managing the program delivery, scheduling instructors, inviting students, participating and resolving employee access and registration issues as they arise.
Hanger’s Education Fair : Participate in course selection and/or design for Hanger’s annual Education Fair, an offsite training symposium offering both technical and organizational skills development training. Assist with communications, invitations for select courses, and supporting the planning and execution of those classes and events.
Employee Engagement Survey program management : Help to select a vendor for companywide engagement surveys and support the planning and execution of our survey program. Develop and implement an engagement assessment process to evaluate the perspectives of employees hired via a company acquisition.
Change Management : Provide assistance in the implementation of Janus, a new clinic management system, by supporting training and change management efforts that address workforce readiness and technical skills.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience and a BS level related education or equivalent. A post graduate degree is desired.
