The Learning Program Manager is responsible for the assessment, design, development and implementation of client based end to end learning solutions to enhance associate and leadership effectiveness to achieve their business goals.
Essential Job Functions:
The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities

Consult with business leadership and HR partners to assess and prioritize learning needs, processes and programs driven by business objectives. Conduct needs and skill assessment to plan and prioritize learning requirements.
Establish a Training Strategy, Plan and/or Role based training curriculum for achieving desired learning requirements and work with partners to gain stakeholder approval and support; develop and manage project plans, budget and vendor requirements as necessary.
Investigate the most effective learning methodologies and design and/or oversee the development of training solutions including elearning web technology, workshops, coaching, videos, job aids, workbooks.
Ensure the delivery and implementation of all learning programs, courses and/or solutions; build internal train the trainer infrastructure to support deployment as necessary.
Develop and implement best practice evaluation methodologies and provide evaluation summary reports. Produce timely and relevant completion and impact reports as required.
Assess, select and/or manage vendors or consultants as required.
Partner with business leaders and HR partners to ensure consistency and sustainability of training solutions.
Maintain and continuously improve learning solutions.
Will oversee the work of external consultants and/or instructional designers as required.
The majority of job duties are performed while seated indoors with little or no exposure to hazards. Significant long periods of time may also be spent standing while delivering programs. Programs may be presented in retail stores, hotels and/or distribution centers where the use and/or movement of audio-visual equipment may be required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field with specialization in Instructional Design, Training, eLearning technology and blended learning. Five to eight years of progressively responsible work experience including 3 years of responsibility for program development and management. Advanced skills in writing, communicating, learning, leadership development, organizational development and instructional design, with retail experience preferred. Experience opening emerging markets a plus.
