Manages, facilitates, and supports the learning process for frontline retail staff by conducting training for systems, products, services and policies & procedures. Champions and coordinates our EDGE program, new employee orientation day, and portions of our new employee onboarding day. Demonstrates a strong commitment to our EDGE philosophies and standards in all training initiatives. Administers our Webinar Platform and Screen Recording software. Works with other lines of business to develop and deliver training modules or presentations as requested. Assists the VP HR Development with planning and facilitation of other bankwide training initiatives.
Associate's Degree (A. A.) and one year related banking experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and overall experience.
