Learning & Development Coordinator

A&M is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its growing team. This position will assist the Learning & Development Manager with aspects of planning, organizing, monitoring and execution of training initiatives and will be responsible for all administrative duties, including:

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide all administrative support for internal and external training programs
  • Main point of contact for administration of any instructor lead courses
  • Event planning support for training related events
  • Update and maintain the Training and Performance Management websites and materials
  • Track participation and measures of success for the training programs
  • Assist with various training initiatives and vendor management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant Training & Development/Talent Management Experience
  • Ability to run a training needs analysis and report on metrics and data
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to create surveys (i.e. SurveyMonkey), aggregate data and pull themes and trends
  • Excellent project management, administrative and organizational skills while multitasking various initiatives with flawless execution
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Skilled at SharePoint, as well as virtual learning platforms such as WebEx
  • Familiar with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit management is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility/openness to change
  • Perform with a sense of urgency without compromising excellence or results
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm to grow and advance within a corporate learning function
