Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of training program materials and facilitation of multiple training programs
  • Lead the coordination, organization and implementation of the ONE TESCO and New Employee Orientation (NEO) programs
  • Measure and interpret program evaluation data and recommend changes targeting increased effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Monitor L&D budget details for costs anomalies and available funds
  • Accurately prepare/ disseminate all training communication consistent with department brand
  • Conduct research, formulate recommendations and prepare reports for presentation to management, committees, and outside agencies
  • Manage and administer the Halogen Learning Management System
  • Enter data into the Learning System and ensure employee training records are kept up-to-date
  • Work with lead facilitator to schedule training, manage course enrollment and logistics
  • Work with L&D Facilitators and Business Lines to manage Competency Assurance Program
  • Supervise Learning & Development Support Specialist to ensure proper records management for L&D department and proper course preparations/logistics and managing post-learning activities, such as course completions and any follow-up activities
  • Respond to client inquires in a timely manner
  • Compile and provide analysis on reports from Learning Department activities and Corporate Learning initiatives/projects
  • Capture and report customer satisfaction data
  • Author and manage Learning Department Global Practices
  • Coordinate training and talent-related meetings
  • Manage the Halogen Learning Management System
  • Convert PowerPoint or other similar materials into SCORM compliant training (CBT) in Halogen LMS
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project
  • 3 years of experience working in a learning department or secondary/post-secondary educational environment
  • Proficient in SCORM compliant e-Learning Authoring software
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
  • High level of attention to detail, quality, and results focus
  • Proven successful track record in a position that supports Senior Management and the execution of many projects and assignments simultaneously that target learning and development goals
  • Possess a high level of analytical skill with the ability to review and interpret a variety of data including trends, and survey data related to ongoing employee development, department and Corporate growth and related reports
