The training manager will be responsible for the following:
Conducts the research necessary to develop and update training courses and provides training to appropriate staff members
Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) and student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)
Ensures training program and aids reflect most current updates to policy and procedure: may train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and /or instruction as needed; and provides daily supervision and direction to training staff.
Communicates effectively (both orally and in writing) and works independently, or with general direction.

BA/BS degree
Minimum 5 years teaching experience
Minimum 3 years experience training call center and/or claims processing
Experience training a virtual workforce
Able to create modular training programs
Experience with creating online training programs
Proficient with developing power points, excel and Word
Minimum 3 years experience training call center and/or claims processing
