ABM is seeking a Lease Administrator to join our customer driven project team
This role is responsible for all aspects of the lease database including its accuracy and functionality. The Lease Administrator will implement and maintain controls for data accuracy, produce monthly rent reports, and maintain monthly financial reports for reporting, budgeting and forecasting purposes. This is a temp to perm role.
Visual Lease software administration including:
Initiation of appropriate access rights and basic software training
Accurately abstract lease documents
Perform data entry and set alerts for critical dates
Lease administration and information management
Maintain physical and electronic files to ensure information is current and organized.
Monitor critical dates associated with tenant improvement allowance reimbursement, initiate the collection of required documents for reimbursement request, and prepare invoice accordingly.
Maintain Certificates of Insurance as required or mandated by each lease agreement.
Enter portfolio lease agreements into Contract Management Database.
Address lease related inquiries from landlord, property manager, or tenant.
Assist with special assignments.
High School diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business preferred
Three years minimum experience in lease administration
Must understand lease administrative functions, including billing of base rents, escalations, lease accounting, accruals and issue resolution
Ability to manage and troubleshoot lease management software and utilize reporting functions
