Providing clerical support, file research and data input assistance for the Lease Records Department.
Assisting senior-level personnel with lease and contract file research and other special projects as needed.
Coordinating routing of monthly rental, expiration and special obligation reports with division personnel.
Entering data into the company?s lease and contract maintenance system to accurately and timely maintain all contractual obligations.
Filing documents with various agencies for approval and send instruments to County Clerks for recording.
Providing administrative and office support duties for the Land Administration Department.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
College degree preferred with at least one year professional work experience.
Requires the ability to read and understand legal documents.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Must accurately perform basic math functions on the ten-key calculator, exhibit in MS Word and Excel.
Must also demonstrate ability to learn and use the company?s current lease and contract maintenance system.
