Join Guardian Management LLC as a Leasing Agent at New Columbia, a beautiful 84 acre mixed income family unit community in the North Portland Portsmouth Neighborhood. This property features 875 housing units including public housing, rentals, senior housing and home ownership.
This full-time position involves giving prospective tenants tours of the property, answering phones and greeting current and future tenants. Guardian provides a network of support and growth opportunities through extensive training programs, workshops and collaboration.

Assist the site manager with the following duties:
Show and rent apartments.
Collect and deposit rents.
Weekly & monthly computer reports. Move in/move out paperwork.
Coordinate apartment preparation and repairs.
Resolve resident challenges.
Other responsibilities as directed by the Community Manager and Portfolio Manager.
