Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for an outstanding and energetic Leasing Analytics Associate for our Related Rentals Leasing Department. The Leasing Analytics Associate, under the direction of the Director of Leasing Administration, provides support services and is responsive to the Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents and other department heads, executives and officers of Related Management. This person will also be responsible for reviewing reports utilized by the leasing team and senior management, assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual asset portfolio reports, review and analyze SharePoint leasing reports for accuracy, conduct market assessments, site assessments and other due diligence predevelopment of new properties, compilation of data for end-of-week status report, assist the Vice President(s) of Leasing in preparation of asset reports for all of the Region 9 properties, track lease-up expenses against budget and assures new site shopping reports are performed, narratives are written and tracks performance of each new site until such site is leased up, and any other projects given from the Director of Leasing Administration. Qualifications
• MS Excel skills are required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and PowerPoint;
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills are required;
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills at all levels;
• Ability and commitment to learn new material quickly and upgrade skills;
• Ability to analyze and interpret data;
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
