OneSite Experience Preferred Strong communication skills and customer service experience. Must have ability to work weekends. Leasing experience a plus. Working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer.

Position Description:
The Leasing Consultant position is responsible for all leasing activities including but not limited to: touring apartments with clients, lease and or pre-lease apartments, complete lease/renewal paperwork, explain lease and all paperwork to the client, operating property software systems, walk apartments and community and assist with resident relations. This position requires an individual who is sales and service driven, assertive with a professional image as well as having good organizational and communicational skills. The ability to close the sale is a must.
