Position Information:
As a Leasing Consultant you will provide top customer service for all resident and customer related activities and inquires. You will have the opportunity to effectively articulate the McKinley brand and benefits to customers as well as show and lease vacant units while adhering to all FAIR Housing standards and McKinley standards for qualifying new applicants. You will be responsible for the administration of the application and move-in process and will be conducting marketing outreach in the community.

Position Requirements :
• You should have an insane desire to provide WOW customer service
• You must have effective verbal and written communication skills
• You should have a passion to provide solutions for our customers
• You must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• You must have all state requiredlicenses/certifications
