A unique opportunity for an administrative professional to support Cox Enterprises in delivering high quality, cost-effective legal services through efficient business processes and legal technology, including eBilling/matter management, contract management, corporate records and other applications . This position will report to the Legal Administration Specialist.


Provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including timely monitoring and response to inquiries in coordination with and approval of Legal Administration team
Intake legal matter requests and perform initial setup in Passport Spend & Matter Management application.
Support legal invoice workflow process, including dispute resolution for internal Cox customers and external service providers.
Support contract management workflow process
Generate and distribute reports from legal technology applications.
Assist with system administration, training and user support responsibilities for legal technology applications
Administrative responsibilities in support of department, including preparing documents in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


High school diploma or associate level degree, or equivalent. Four year college degree preferred.
Relevant work experience, including database experience. Law firm or legal department experience a plus.
Strong problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented.
Organized and accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
Capable of understanding internal customer’s business needs in a fast-paced legal environment.
Demonstrate good judgment, integrity, and an understanding of general business values and ethics.
Ability to learn legal technology such as spend and matter management and contract management.
Proficiency in in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
