Provide administrative support to three attorneys (including the SVP) and assigned Directors), and L&BA department functions.
Create, distribute, and maintain organized files (paper and electronic); handle correspondence, including prioritization of mail and screening and logging telephone calls. Manage and organize paper flow of attorneys. Manage attorneys’ schedule and travel arrangements.
Create and revise documents and basic drafting of documents under supervision of attorney.
Handle administrative responsibilities with respect to distribution of agreements, amendments, and the payment process relating to such agreements and amendments
Provide telephone, filing, scanning, scheduling, and other administrative support
Serve, from time to time, as liaison for attorney with clients in other departments and respond to inquiries from outside the company
Handle departmental administrative duties as assigned and other tasks as requested
Knowledge of Outlook, Aspen, and Concur is helpful
Process Invoices and T&E.
Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to understand and absorb a wide range of information. Strong customer service skills are essential. Strong problem solving ability, willingness to take initiative and good judgment are critical; flexibility and excellent communication skills are a must. Media background or an interest is helpful but not required. Must be able to work overtime as needed
