Agreement and document administration: Supervised drafting and redlining a wide variety of agreements for Comedy Central, ensuring that agreements are signed externally and countersigned internally, distributing completed agreements and documents to the appropriate departments

Updating the appropriate charts, and upload all documents into the appropriate online systems

Organize and maintain records and files for centralized legal filing system

Data entry (including coordination of document scanning) into revising and updating databases and spread sheets for delivery tracking purposes

Trouble shooting on various business and legal affairs issues

Coordinating with various West Coast and East Coast departments (e.g., talent, original programming, on-air/promos, digital, marketing, press, production management, music & media licensing, labor & employment, risk management, pre-broadcast review and litigation)

Heavy calendaring

High volume of telephone calls

Process T&E’s

Arrange office services

Coordinate travel arrangements

Basic Qualifications:
1 – 2 years of administrative assistant experience required

Excellent writing skills

Experience with Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in a law firm preferred

Experience working in the entertainment industry preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear and effective communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to handle high volume of work, as well as recognize priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Ability to function on an independent basis, with moderate supervision, and to work well within a team
