To achieve revenue goals on assigned clients by coordinating and supervising the efforts of assigned employees; To manage the training, development and assessment of unit personnel.

Essential Functions:

Manages the achievement of unit standards and goals.
·
Coordinates and supervises the development and execution of workflow.
·
Performs work quality analysis, needs assessments, and targeted training of unit personnel, including regular file reviews, phone monitoring and identification of performance issues.
·
Facilitates the growth and development of collectors and unit supervisors by providing timely and effective feedback, coaching and counseling.
·
Manages schedules of unit personnel.
·
Maintains complete and accurate records.
·
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with team members, co-workers, and clients.
·
Protects confidential information by preventing unauthorized release, both verbal and written.
·
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills, Knowledge and Ability -
·
High School Diploma and at least three years supervisory experience, preferably in an office or call center environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·
Ethical and dedicated work history.
·
Ability to learn and follow areas of law pertaining to collections, including the FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA, among others.
·
Ability to develop extensive knowledge of the FDCPA, legal processes, credit reporting and EDI interpretation.
·
Computer literacy including ability to develop and manipulate Microsoft Word and Excel documents.
·
Excellent communication skills - oral, written, listening.
·
Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and recognize time constraints.
·
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills.
·
Demonstrated ability to honor policies, ensure security and follow legal guidelines.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Ability –
College degree or extensive coursework in any field.
