Legal Coordinator
San Francisco, CA

Zynga is searching for a stellar legal coordinator to join its legal team. This individual will function as the organizational hub of the legal team and perform contract management system administration and contract coordination and preparation. This position reports to the Legal Operations Manager.

Legal Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Provide contract management system administration including training contract coordinators and other business team members
  • Provide contract coordination for the team including preparation of basic form agreements, shepherding contracts through signature completion
  • Process and manage Purchase Orders
  • Assist with development, maintenance and refinement of databases, tracking charts, processes and procedures
  • Create and run reports from various sources to support team functions
  • Identify trends within reports to communicate to team members
  • Provide soft and hard file and binder creation, organization and maintenance
  • Review, organize and document materials related to all legal team practice areas
  • Maintain file room and supplies
  • Support all members of the legal team
  • Perform mailing and shipping functions for the legal team
Required Skills:
  • College degree required
  • Two years experience in a corporate legal or other legal setting, or an entry-level paralegal or legal assistant
  • Smart, outgoing, fast-learning, detail-oriented, flexible, able to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Diligence in completing projects in a timely manner and to a high degree of accuracy
  • Discretion in dealing with sensitive materials and information
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and databases for purposes of data entry and management and system administration
  • Possession of other basic skills such as proofreading, proficiency in Outlook and Acrobat Pro
