The individual in this position will be assisting with projects in various legal areas such as: Intellectual Property, Entertainment, Corporate and Employment Law. This position will consist of a sizable amount of research and writing, as well as drafting legal memos and reports. Work in coordination with IC's law firms, Morrison & Foerster and Latham & Watkins, is also a possibility. Candidates should be currently attending law school.
