The intern will assist in the handling of a variety of commercial and transactional assignments upon the request and under the direction of an attorney in the Legal Department.
Assignments may include:
assistance in negotiation and analysis of commercial arrangements (including licensing, joint venture and other corporate arrangements);
drafting correspondence and memoranda
supporting attorneys with workflow
project management associated with Legal support of business clients.
This is a full time summer internship. Candidates must be enrolled in a JD or JD/MBA program, who will have completed their 1 st or 2 nd year. Recent grads, Spring 2012 grads, and other non-students will not be considered.
